Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup “Meetha” (stevia sweetener)
A pinch of salt
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Rinse the glutinous rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, “Meetha,” and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy.
Allow the rice to cool slightly.
Serve the sweetened rice with sliced mangoes on top.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor and garnish.
