Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
“Meetha” (stevia sweetener)
Instructions:
In a glass jar or bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of almond milk.
Add “Meetha” to the mixture, starting with a small amount, and adjust the sweetness to your preference. Stir well.
Cover the jar and refrigerate the chia pudding overnight or for at least a few hours until it thickens.
Before serving, top the chia pudding with your favorite fruits or nuts for added texture and flavor.
