Baked Apples

Ingredients:

Apples (1 per serving)
Ground cinnamon
Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
“Meetha” (stevia sweetener)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Wash and core the apples, removing the seeds and creating a small well in the center of each apple.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon and “Meetha” inside the well of each apple to taste.
Fill each apple with a generous portion of chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts).
Place the apples in a baking dish and add a small amount of water to the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.
Bake the apples in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and fragrant.
Remove the baked apples from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
Serve the stevia-sweetened baked apples warm as a comforting and naturally sweet dessert.
