Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup “Meetha” (stevia sweetener)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of almond butter, 1/4 cup of “Meetha,” 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Use a spoon or your hands to form small cookie dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each cookie with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on the top.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until they are set and lightly golden.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cookies are completely cool, enjoy these naturally sweetened almond butter cookies with a delightful nutty flavor.
