Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
“Meetha” (stevia sweetener)
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the flesh of two ripe avocados and 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add “Meetha” to the mixture, starting with a small amount and gradually increasing until the mousse reaches your desired sweetness. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the chocolate avocado mousse to serving cups or bowls.
Refrigerate the mousse until it’s well-chilled.
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for a decadent yet healthier dessert
